At Air Horizont, one of the fundamental pillars of our success is the team spirit and good working environment we cultivate throughout the company. These values are especially important in key areas such as our Elite Range, a service that offers an exclusive and personalized experience for our VIP clients. Today we want to share a conversation with Laura Marcén, head of this range, who gives us an insider's view of what it's like to work in this very special part of Air Horizont.

Laura has been instrumental in the consolidation of the Elite Range, a service that goes beyond the simple transfer of passengers, focusing on comfort, punctuality and, above all, meeting the expectations of our most demanding customers. From sports teams to renowned rock bands, the Elite Range has catered to a variety of passengers who demand an exceptional level of service.

A day's work in the Elite Range

In Laura's words, the working environment at Air Horizont is very positive, and that is reflected in the relationship with customers. "In general, our passengers are very accustomed to what is the VIP Range, or as we like to call it, the Elite Range," Laura tells us with a smile. "They are not people who make extravagant requests, but they do have something very clear: meeting deadlines is essential."

This focus on punctuality is especially important when it comes to sports teams. "Football players, for example, tend to ask above all that we arrive on time for both conferences and matches. After matches, many go straight home after the game, so it is essential that the operation leaves on time so that they can have their break," he explains.

This type of flight requires perfect coordination between all Air Horizont members. And this is where collaboration within the team becomes crucial. Everyone, from the crew to the ground staff, works together to make Elite flights a seamless experience, always ensuring that our customers receive the best care .

Some curious anecdotes

Working at Elite Range not only involves a high level of responsibility, but also unique and unforgettable moments. Laura shares an amusing anecdote that reflects how at Air Horizont we are willing to adapt to the most unexpected needs of our customers.

"I remember a famous rock band, which I prefer not to mention, surprised us with an unconventional request. They weren't interested in gourmet food or anything exclusive. What they asked for was something as simple as fried chicken from a fast food chain. They asked for it so naturally that we set to work to get it and bring it on board. And, of course, we complied with their request," he says with a chuckle.

Such situations are not uncommon in the Elite Range, where the main objective is to satisfy the customer's wishes, no matter how unusual the request may seem. This level of flexibility is made possible by the fluid communication and spirit of cooperation that reigns among Air Horizont's teams.

The importance of teamwork

Laura stresses that, although her position requires leadership and organization, none of this would be possible without the entire team working together. "There are no rigid hierarchies here. Each person has a fundamental role in the operation and success of Elite Flights. We know that details matter, and that's something the whole team understands and applies in their day-to-day work," he says.

This collaborative environment is what allows Air Horizont to stand out in the private aviation industry. Whether flying with a soccer team or a rock star, the team's commitment is always the same: to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Looking to the future

When asked about the future of the Elite Range, Laura's response reflects the optimism and ambition that characterizes Air Horizont. "We want to continue to grow and perfect our service. We know there are many opportunities in the VIP market, and we are ready to take advantage of them. With the team we have and the support of the entire company, there is no doubt that we will continue to move forward."

Laura concludes the interview by emphasizing that the most gratifying aspect of her job is the gratitude of the clients and the good atmosphere at Air Horizont. "It is a luxury to work in a team where we are all aligned and rowing in the same direction. That synergy translates into a better experience for passengers, and that's what gives us the most satisfaction,"he adds enthusiastically .

At Air Horizont, we are proud to have people like Laura, who represent our values and our commitment to excellence. The Elite Range is just one of many examples of how a united and passionate team can deliver world-class service, always with a smile and with the flexibility to overcome any challenge.

Thank you, Laura, for being part of this great team and for everything you do to make our Elite flights an unforgettable experience!
