Air Horizont is a Maltese Carrier charter Company, well established in the European market since 2015, providing services for Tour operators, providing ACMI services with our mix fleet of Comfort Service 168 seats, and Elite Service with 72 seats -full business class-, onboard of our B737-400.

Our main markets are Italy, Spain and United Kingdom. We have 3 permanent bases in Milano Malpensa, London Southend and Zaragoza, plus two seasonal bases during summer, Oporto and Bratislava;

1 position, Ground Operations Officer based in Malta or Zaragoza to support aircraft turnaround activities and ensure safe and efficient coordination on the ramp, with immediate incorporation. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating ground handling services, organizing ramp operations including loading, fueling, catering and cleaning, maintaining communication with flight crews and service providers, supervising boarding and disembarkation processes, and ensuring full compliance with safety procedures and airport regulations. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in ground operations, solid knowledge of handling procedures and airport rules, an English level of B1 or higher, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to obtain airport clearance. Additional qualifications such as IATA Dangerous Goods certification, loadsheet training, and previous experience managing aircraft turnarounds will be considered an advantage.
1 position, Junior Sales Officer, Zaragoza office. Permanent position, preferably with previous experience in a sales department (aviation or other sectors). English level B1 or higher required. Other languages will be valued. Responsibilities include client management, route quotations, charter/ACMI agreements, flight supervision and coordination with internal departments.
1 position, Travel Management (HOTAC), Zaragoza office. Permanent position. Degree in Tourism or related field required. English level B2 or higher. Previous experience in corporate travel or aviation sector is a plus. Main tasks: crew hotel booking management and reservation coordination.
1 position, Inflight/Ground Ops Admin Assistant, Zaragoza office. Permanent position. Degree in Tourism or administrative experience required. English level B1 or higher. Main tasks include: Catering coordination and stock control, Invoicing and supplier payments (with Accounting team), Laundry and equipment management for VIP services, Crew meal organization and delivery of onboard service info to crews
